浅谈提高博览中心外包服务过程控制的有效性

         

摘要

As the ISO9001:2008 quality system standards thoroughly puts into practice in Expo Centre, the fol owing questions are drawn more and more attention to.It is doubtful whether the process of out service can meet the requirement of its management and quality control and whether the service provided by the out companies can meet the requirements of organizers, exhibitors, visitors and other related parties.Its process becomes one of the important parts which provides the quarantee of the qualified services. This article discusses how to improve the effectiveness of the process control for the out services in Expo Centre.%随着ISO9001:2008质量体系标准的深入贯彻,博览中心外包过程是否满足展馆方经营管理和质量管理要求,为展会提供外包的保障服务是否满足主办方、参展商、观众和其他相关方需求,已经越来越受到展馆方高度重视,它是展馆方提供合格展会服务保障的重要组成部分。针对提高博览中心外包过程控制的有效性进行探讨。
