基于六西格玛的气流式烘丝出口水分的研究

摘要

To overcome the problem of higher outlet moisture of air current type dryer,the DMAIC model of six sigma is used to analyses the working process of air current type dryer and the key factors affecting its outlet moisture are found out,and then the key factors are optimized to achieve the purpose of stabilizing its outlet moisture.The optimized result is compared with one without optimization to verify the feasibility of this method.At last,the optimal parameters are used to verify the actual optimization result.%为解决气流式烘丝机出口水分偏差偏高的现象,利用六西格玛的DMAIC模型对气流式烘丝机逐步分析,以确定影响气流式烘丝机出口水分的关键因子,进而通过优化关键因子来达到稳定气流式烘丝机出口水分的目的,并对优化前后的结果进行对比验证,通过生产实施,验证实际优化结果.
