基于傅里叶变换的同步交流发电机旋转整流器故障诊断

         

摘要

由于旋转整流器是同步交流发电机的核心部件,对其进行故障诊断十分重要.通过建立同步交流发电机的MATLAB模型,进行旋转整流器故障仿真,从而分析其故障特性.建立同步交流发电机物理实验平台,针对旋转整流器故障,验证基于傅里叶变换的同步交流发电机旋转整流器故障诊断方法.仿真和物理实验结果表明,该方法能够有效监测旋转整流器故障并能判别故障类型,诊断正确率较高,适用于旋转整流器的故障诊断.%Because the rotating rectifier is the core component in synchronous AC generator. it is important to perform its fault diagnosis. By simulation of the rotating rectifier, the MATLAB model of the synchronous AC generator is built and the fault signature is analyzed. The fault diagnosis method based on Fourier Transform can be verified by performing physical experiments on experiment platform. The experiment results show that the fault diagnosis method can be used to effectively detect the fault, classify the failure modes and achieve high accuracy and it is suitable for rapid fault diagnosis of the rotating rectifier.
