激光内雕作品具有很高的艺术价值,针对具有复杂曲面的激光内雕作品设计难度较高,逆向工程技术在复杂曲面建模方面速度快的特点,开展逆向工程技术在激光内雕中的应用研究.以玩具挖土机为例,使用手持式激光扫描仪和Geomagic studio逆向软件进行模型设计,运用激光内雕软件LaserImage2007、LaserControl2007进行模型的点云处理和控制激光内雕机进行模型加工.研究结果表明,将逆向工程和激光内雕加工结合起来进行激光内雕作品加工的方法是可行的.%Laser inside-carving works have high artistic value. Due to very difficulty in designing a laser inside -carving work with complex curved surface and the fast speed of modeling complex surface with the technology of reverse engineering, this paper makes application research on reverse engineering in laser inside-carving. It takes toy excavator for example, uses hand-held laser scanner and Geomagic studio reserve software to design its model and then uses laser inside-carving software LaserImage2007 and LaserControl2007 to process the point cloud of the model and control laser inside-carving machine to process the model. The results show that the machining method of using reverse engineering with laser inside-carving to make a laser engraving work is feasible.
