涡流阵列检测技术的研究进展现状分析

摘要

简要介绍了阵列涡流检测技术研究进展和应用情况,指出阵列涡流传感器是涡流检测技术的一个新的发展方向,在重要机械零部件和关键结构监测中具有广泛应用前景.提出了一种检测小曲率曲面零件的新型阵列式检测技术方案和结构设计方案.%This paper briefly introduces the research progress and application of the eddy current array testing technology,and points out a new development direction that the eddy current array sensor is applied to its testing technology.It has a wide application pros-pect in monitoring the important mechanical parts. A new array testing technology and the system design scheme are proposed to test the small curved surface parts.
