防爆起重机轮轨机械摩擦危险工况分析

         

摘要

The wheel-rail friction explosion ignition sources of explosion-proof cranes were discussed,and the factors causing explosion ignition sources were analyzed based on wheel-rail friction contact theory.It is shown that the hot sur-faces or friction spark caused by the relative motion of wheel-rail contact is a potential explosion ignition source,and the generation of friction wheel and rail explosion ignition source has a relation with the wheel-rail contact conditions,load, speed,friction coefficient and so on.The existing seven kinds of working conditions of explosion-proof cranes were ana-lyzed,four kinds of working conditions which was easy to produce an explosion were determined,they were when explosion-proof cranes running in skidding,in rail gnawing,in brakes locking and passing rail joint.%讨论防爆起重机轮轨摩擦危险爆炸引燃源,指出轮轨接触相对运动产生的高温表面或者摩擦火花,是潜在的爆炸引燃源;通过轮轨摩擦接触理论的分析,指出轮轨摩擦爆炸引燃源的产生和轮轨接触情况、载重、运行速度、摩擦系数等有关;通过对防爆起重机运行过程中存在的7种工况的分析,确定防爆起重机原地打滑、发生啃轨、过轨道接缝处和刹车抱死向前全滑动4种工况时易产生爆炸。
