利用 ANSYS 软件建立深海环境下工作的液压系统的 X 形圈密封结构的二维轴对称模型,计算 X 形圈在不同密封状态下的应力分布,分析压缩率、密封压力、摩擦因数等因素对其密封性能和相关应力的影响。结果表明:应力随压缩率、密封压力、摩擦因数的增大而增大;静态密封时,X 形圈内侧与密封槽会形成密闭空腔,不适合应用于深海环境;承载密封时,密封压力对接触应力、等效应力、剪切应力的影响依次减小;滑动密封时,摩擦应力逐渐趋于稳定,且密封压力和摩擦因数对摩擦应力影响较大。%The two-dimensional axial symmetric model of X-ring seal structure used in deep-sea hydraulic system was created by using the ANSYS software.The stress distribution of X-ring was calculated for different sealing conditions,and the impact of compression,sealing pressure,friction coefficient on its sealing performance and related stress was analyzed for different sealing condition.The results show that the stress is increased along with the increasing of compression rate, sealing pressure and friction coefficient.Some closed cavities are formed between inner side of X-ring and sealing groove, so the X-ring is not suitable to use in deep sea environment for static sealing.The impact of sealing pressure on contact stress,equivalent stress and shear stress is decreased in turn for loading sealing condition.The friction stress is gradually tended to be stabilized for the sliding sealing condition,and the sealing pressure and friction coefficient have a greater im-pact on the friction stress.
