航天器用检漏收集室密封性研究

         

摘要

Sealing performance is the core demand of the leak detection accumulation chamber for spacecrafts.Its design difficulty lies in the sealing design of the big door.A new type door sealing design of the accumulation chamber which owns simple manufacture and high reliability was introduced.The leakage rate of the accumulation chamber was determined by the error analysis about the testing result of non-vacuum accumulation leak detection method.According to a series of testing,the leakage rate of a built accumulation chamber met the demand.The inflatable seal was proved to have the designed use life through a long time reliability test.%密封性是检漏收集室的核心技术指标,其密封性设计的难点在于大门的密封性设计.介绍一种新型的收集室大门密封型式,该密封型式具有实现简单、可靠性高等优点;通过对氦质谱非真空累积检漏法测试结果的误差分析,确定收集室的密封性指标;通过现场的实验测试,验证新研制收集室的密封性指标满足设计要求;通过设计长时间的可靠性试验验证充气密封圈达到设计的使用寿命.
