The wind solar and storage joint power generation system can give full play to the natural complementary characteristics of the wind and solar power, and in the same time with the scientific and reasonable control strategy of the energy storage system, the reliability of the active power of the wind and solar output is greatly improved.In order to give full play to the function of the energy storage system, which can be used to adjust the active power of wind and solar output and improve the reliability of its output, the energy storage control strategy of the wind and solar joint power generation system was discussed, which is working under the tracking plan mode.Based on the error distribution characteristic of power of the wind and solar prediction, and based on a set reliability level to solve the reliable power of the wind and solar, a utility optimal model was proposed, which aims at improving the cosine similarity with the planned power curve and the success rate curve of the wind solar energy storage joint power.The model was solved by the correlation algorithm and the simulation results are used to verify the effectiveness of the model.%风光储联合发电系统能够充分发挥风光出力具有的天然互补特性, 同时配合科学合理的储能系统控制策略, 大大提高风光输出有功功率的可靠性.为了充分发挥储能系统调节风光输出有功功率的作用, 提高输出的可靠性, 研究了风光储联合发电系统工作在跟踪计划模式下的储能控制策略.根据风光预测功率的误差分布特性, 基于一定置信度水平求解风光可信功率, 提出一种以计划功率曲线和风光储合成功率曲线改进余弦相似度最大、优化末期储能系统荷电状态最优为目标的效用最优模型, 利用相关算法对模型进行求解并通过仿真计算, 验证了模型的有效性.
