用于继电保护开出回路高加速寿命试验问题的分析与改进方法

         

摘要

The running environment of on-site substation relay protection devices is more harsh than that of traditional devices, the reliability of device operation get more focus and it is essential to get devices tested by highly accelerated life testing (HALT).As to a binary output circuit fault in HALT for relay protection unit, this paper introduced the circuit working and self-inspection principle in accordance with design basis, through component test and theoretical analysis of the circuit, it is ascertained that the summed leakage current come from large number of OptoCoupler in parallel connections caused the self-inspection failure.The circuit parameters are changed based on the calculation.The test result shows that the improvement is correct, and reliability of protection devices is improved.%变电站就地化保护装置运行环境相对传统保护装置更为严苛,设备运行可靠性受到极大关注,相关设备开展高加速寿命试验(HALT)成为必然.针对某继电保护装置HALT高温开出回路故障,从开出回路设计依据、工作及自检原理进行说明,通过对器件的测试和电路理论分析,确定是大量光耦元件并联电路的合并漏电流导致开出自检误报故障.根据分析结果对电路参数进行改进,实测结果验证了改进方案的正确性,提高了保护装置的运行可靠性.
