锂电池化成用双向DC/DC变换器研究

     

摘要

介绍了一种体积小、经济实用、便于管理的双向DC/DC变换器。主电路选择反激式拓扑,控制策略采用双闭环PWM,基于Dispic单片机实现了锂电池化成过程恒压、恒流充放电的全数字控制,并通过监控系统管理该过程。对控制策略和算法进行Simulink仿真和样机测试。结果表明,系统能够稳定高效地工作,双闭环控制可作为锂电池化成系统充/放电控制单元。%The application of DC-DC converter is necessary in the process of lithium battery formatting.This paper introduced a small volume,economical and manageable charging and discharging control unit with a topology of flyback type.By employing the double closed-loop PWM control strategy,the digital control system for lithium battery constant voltage or current charging and discharging use is implemented based on a microcontroller called dispic33FJ16GS402.The monitored control system is added to monitor the whole process.The control strategy and algorithm were tested individually by Simulink simulation and the device.The results show that the system can work stable as well as efficient and can be used as a lithium battery charging unit.
