以交流接触器为研究对象,利用高速摄像机拍摄记录接触器的动态过程,在Matlab上对图像进行滤波去噪、OTSU阈值分割得到最佳阈值,进行二值化等图像处理后,获得衔铁、触头运动轨迹,并绘制动态特性曲线,最后与专业图像处理软件Image-Pro Plus处理结果进行对比,验证了设计的准确性与快速性.对比传统图像处理软件在处理速度上有明显优势,为电器电磁机构的优化设计奠定基础.%Using AC contactor relay as research object,high-speed camera is used to capture the dynamic processing of the contactor.Using the Matlab software to filtering denoising,OTSU thresholding to obtain optimal threshold binarization of the images,extracting the trajectory of the armature and contacts and drawing its dynamic characteristic curve,finally comparing with the results of professional image processing software Image-Pro Plus and verify the accuracy of the design.The test method compared with the traditional method of image processing software in the processing speed has obvious advantages and lays the foundation for optimal design of electromagnetic mechanism.
