光纤冷却管氦气循环利用方法的研究

摘要

Much helium has been used during the production of fiber, and the helium directly get into atmosphere after be used,these case makes waste of resource and increase of cost. Based on analysis of the purification method using film and producing craft of fiber has been, a project using purification film which could achieve automatization and online has been presented, at one time, described the purifying craft and analysis of economic benefit.%在光纤制造过程中，需要使用大量氦气，而使用过的氦气都是直接排放大气的，造成资源浪费，生产成本提高。文中通过对膜分离提纯法以及光纤生产工艺流程的分析研究，提出了一种基于膜分离技术的全自动在线式提纯方案，详细阐述了提纯工艺流程，并进行经济效益的分析。
