老旧住宅小区海绵城市建设难点与措施

摘要

阐述了海绵城市建设的时代背景和老旧住宅小区开展海绵城市建设的迫切性.笔者着重分析老旧住宅小区开展海绵城市建设面临的主要问题,提出了老旧住宅小区进行海绵城市建设的具体措施,以期为老旧住宅小区开展海绵城市建设提供一些借鉴.%In this paper,the ear background and urgency of sponge city construction project which aims to improve living environment of old residential quarters are discussed.The primary problems about constructing sponge city in old residential quarters are analyzed in detail and puts some specific measures for it.It provides some reference for the old residential area to carry out the construction of sponge city.
