基于核心竞争力的中小企业虚拟经营模式研究

阐述了虚拟经营的内涵及特征,探讨了中小企业实施虚拟经营的优越性,在分析虚拟经营与中小企业核心竞争力相互作用的基础上,提出了适合中小企业发展的基于核心竞争力的几种虚拟经营模式.%In this paper, we introduced the intension and characteristics of virtual operation, discussed the superiority of the mode for small—and—medium—sized enterprises and on the basis of an analysis of the interaction between virtual operation and core competitivity of small-and-medium-sized enterprises, proposed several suitable modes of virtual operation.
