我国连锁超市物流运作中的“三低”问题及解决方案

摘要

系统分析我国连锁超市物流运作中存在的统一配送率低、物流作业水平低和信息化水平低的“三低”问题以及其成因，在此基础上提出了提高我国连锁超市物流运作能力的相关策略，以推动连锁超市物流运作效率的提升。%In this paper, we analyzed systematically the low distribution efficiency, low operation level and low information level of the logistics process of the chain supermarkets in China, and on such basis proposed the relevant strategy to improve the logistics operation capacity of the Chinese chain supermarkets.
