考虑混合不确定设施节点的可靠供应链网络随机优化模型

         

摘要

In this paper, in view of a supply chain network which contained both reliable and unreliable facilities, we proposed two preventive measures which were investing in the unreliable facilities to remedy the situation and providing certain surplus capacity at the reliable facilities, then we simulated the disruptions at the unreliable facilities at different production circles, built the multi-scenario multi-cycle two-stage stochastic programming model with expected cost objective and the p-robust optimization model targeted at the minimal cost, and at the end, through a numerical example, demonstrated the validity and feasibility of the model.%针对网络中同时存在可靠和不可靠的设施,提出对不可靠设施进行投资设防和在可靠的设施处预留部分冗余能力两种防御措施,利用随机情景模拟不同周期不可靠设施中断的情况,建立以期望成本为目标的多情景、多周期两阶段随机规划模型和以名义成本为目标的p鲁棒优化模型,通过算例验证模型的有效性和可行性,同时借助灵敏性分析揭示各类成本随不可靠设施能力损失比例变化的规律.结果表明,该组合风险缓解策略能有效降低混合不确定设施中断带来的风险.
