'家社园'三方联动居家养老服务供应链构建r——基于广东老龄化现状的调研

摘要

通过社会调查和文献收集等方式,深入分析政府政策文件,提出构建家社园居家养老服务模式,运用供应链管理的思想解决目前家社园养老服务存在的分工不明确、恶性竞争和缺乏有效的信息沟通平台等问题,为养老产业的发展提供一些参考的模式和方法.%In this paper, through social investigation and literature collection, we analyzed in depth the relevant government policies to put forward the old age home care service mode that involves the family, community and caring center, and used the economic principles of supply chain management to solve the problems existing in the current family/community/caring center based old age service industry such as unclear division of labor, vicious competition and lack of effective communication platform, etc.
