浅析洪屏抽水蓄能电站基建期甲供材料跟踪管理创新

The management of material supplied by Party A is one of important parts in that of pumped-storage polwer planst projects,in which measurements shall be taken on the material of clients against misappropriation or embezzlement and the effective control shall be made on quality by quality trace management system.Its purpose is the realization of delicacy management required by State Power Grid Corporation.The warehouses of material supplied by Party A are usually established, operated and maintained by contractors,so the effective management and control is always the focus in engineering material management.Hongping project has achieved their good effect by systematic control for material supplied by Party A with innovation of the tracking management mode.%甲供材料管理作为抽水蓄能电站工程管理的重要组成部分，既要通过动态跟踪管理避免业主的材料不被挪用、盗卖，又要利用质量追根溯源管理系统有效地对质量进行控制，从而实现国家电网公司精细化管理的要求。由于甲供材料的仓库往往由承包商建设与运维，如何有效管控一向是工程物资管理的热门话题。洪屏工程通过创新甲供材料跟踪管理模式，系统化地管控甲供材料，取得了良好的效果。
