中国民营企业寻租的博弈分析

摘要

Rent-seeking behavior of private enterprises not only severely affected fair competition in the market,but also hindered the sustainable development of social economy.With the increasing of Government's efforts to fight corruption,political connections between private enterprises and the Government have attracted more and more attention,and it's very valuable to study the impact of political association for rent-seeking behavior of private enterprises.This paper shows the evolution of the rent-seeking private enterprises in China and effects of different factors on the process of this evolution by using evolutionary game. This paper also analyses the factors which affecting the critical point of rent-seeking in private enterprises and rent -setting in government officials.And finally puts some advice according to the conclusions in this paper.%民营企业的寻租行为严重影响了市场的公平竞争，阻碍了社会经济的可持续发展。随着中国政府反腐力度的加大，民营企业与政府间的政治关联受到越来越多的关注，而政治关联对于民营企业寻租的影响研究有待深化。文中首次在考虑政治关联的情况下，运用演化博弈分析了中国民营企业寻租的演化过程与不同影响因素的变化对该演化过程所起的作用，并用完全信息博弈分析了影响民营企业寻租和政府官员设租的临界值的因素，同时针对所得的结论提出了几点建议。
