燃煤行业开征二氧化硫污染税问题研究

摘要

Domestic sulfur dioxide pollution is extremely serious,the main factors of the acid rain is sulfur dioxide,home because of the dangers of acid rain is extremely serious,domestic acid rain area accounted for 40%of the world's acid rain area, which has brought great losses to domestic economy.So the management of domestic for sulfur dioxide pollution is also very important,can be said to be a highly effective government taxes economic management strategy.This paper analyzed the coal industry SO2 pollution tax problems,and puts forward some practical strategies.%国内二氧化硫污染程度极其严重，酸雨的主要形成因素就是二氧化硫，国内因为酸雨所带来的危害也是极为严重，国内酸雨面积占到了世界酸雨面积的40％，这给国内经济带来了极大损失。所以国内对于二氧化硫污染的治理也就显得非常重要，税收手段可以说是一项极为有效的政府经济管理策略。文中分析了燃煤行业开征二氧化硫污染税问题，并提出了实用性策略。
