浅析电子信息化档案管理的利与弊

摘要

随着计算机和网络技术的日益发达，从传统的档案管理到电子信息化的档案管理模式的转变成为一种必然趋势。文中在对档案管理的初步了解的基础上，浅析了档案管理模式转变的几个层面，分析了从传统模式到电子信息化管理模式带来的有利和不利因素，并提出了几点可行性建议。%With the increasing development of computer and internet technology, the transformation from traditional management of archives to information management is regarded as an inevitable trend.This article analyzes several layers of the transformation of information management archive patterns.And also it describes the advantages and disadvantage resulting from this transformation.Some feasible suggestions are provided.
