离散型矿用装备制造企业仓储员工绩效研究

         

摘要

为研究离散型矿用装备制造企业仓储员工绩效考核内在机理,落实绩效考核方案可行性,提高管理效率,在构建员工绩效考核评价体系的基础上,采用模糊层次分析法(F-AHP),对绩效指标权重和评分方式进行探讨。结果表明:利用F-AHP方法计算的指标权重系数更加符合实际,打分方式更加直观、简便、高效,考核结果更能反映员工的真实综合素养;同时,统计分析考核结果,寻找管理和员工综合能力薄弱环节,提出有针对性地改进建议。%For the study of warehouse staff performance appraisal mechanism about discrete mining equipment manufacturing enterprises,to carry out the performance appraisal scheme feasibility,and improve the efficiency of management, the article which using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (F-AHP)discusses the mode of performance index weight and grading in the construction of evaluation system of staff performance appraisal.The results showed that F -AHP method is used to calculate the index weight coefficient is more in line with the actual,the scores more intuitive,convenient and efficient way,and the assessment results can reflect the reality of the employees more comprehensive qualities;at the same time,the statistical analysis of the assessment results which can looking for management and employees' comprehensive ability weak links,and put forward targeted improvement Suggestions.
