基于SCOR模型的供应链绩效模糊综合评价∗--以大同煤业股份有限公司为例

摘要

作为供应链管理的重要内容之一，绩效评价对于供应链问题识别、结构优化、运行效率提高、战略目标实施均具有十分重要的意义。文中在比较性回顾集中典型供应链绩效评价模型和评价算法的基础上，按照SCOR模型框架运用模糊综合评价方法对供应链绩效进行了研究，并结合一家大型煤炭企业，将方法用于分析该企业供应链，并通过具体指标测算，明确了存在的主要问题，进而提出了针对性的供应链改进建议。%As an important part of supply chain management,performance evaluation is very important for supply chain problem identification, structure optimization, operating efficiency improvement and implementation of the strategic objectives. Based on a comparative review about typical supply chain performance evaluation models and evaluation algorithm, this paper Carry on the supply chain performance research under the framework of the SCOR model,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. And then combined with a large coal enterprise,case analysis is carried out to figure out the crux from the enterprise SCM,and further some suggestions to improve the supply chain has been proposed.
