引入行业标准校企合作共建订单式人才培养模式--以物流管理专业为例

摘要

“订单式”人才培养模式，是高职院校在新的就业形势下，以就业为导向的人才培养方式，也是当今高职教育改革与发展的特色模式。文中结合院物流管理专业“订单式”培养的实例，对物流管理专业实施订单式培养的背景、订单式培养模式的探索、课程体系的构建、师资队伍的建设等内容进行了系统的阐述，提出了在推进订单班试点过程中遇到的困难，具有一定的借鉴意义。%“Ordering”personnel training mode,it is the way of employment orientedtalent trainingunder the new employment situation,and it is the feature model in today’s higher vocational education reform and development.The paperelaborated the background of our college’s logistics management professional background of the implementation of ordering cultivation,the exploration of ordering cultivation mode,the construction of curriculum system,the teaching staff construction and so on.The paper proposed the difficulties in the process of establishing the order class,having a certain reference significance.
