一起后方战备油库输油管线渗漏的分析与思考

介绍了某油库发生的一起库外输油管线油料泄漏事故，分析了对该油料泄漏事故的应急处置方法和措施，针对近年来后方战备油库安全所面临的新形势、新变化和新情况，重点探讨了后方战备油库处置类似事故的对策措施，旨在为后方战备油库提高安全管理水平提供有益参考。%This paper introduces the accident about the outside pipeline leakage of an oil depot,analysis the emergency process and measures to dispose the oil leakage accident,aimed at the new situation,new change and new condition the rear combat readiness oil depot faced with in recent years,discuss the rear combat readiness oil depot to dispose the similar accident. we hope to provide a useful reference for the rear combat readiness oil depot to improve the level of safety management.
