The operation situations of Baijiu industry in 2015 were introduced briefly. There were still some difficulties restricting the transfor-mation and development of Baijiu industry. Baijiu Branch, Famous Baijiu Collection Committee and other committees had done a lot of work such as industry policy research, in-depth survey, building exhibition platform etc. to achieve the revival of Chinese alcoholic drinks industry. Besides, the implementation of 3C Planning, and holding the 3rd National Baijiu Industry Occupational Skills Contest etc. were done.
