自动触发式地震救生床样机设计

             

摘要

自动触发式地震救生床在正常状态下为普通家用床,地震时床体内的感应单摆能感应房屋摇晃的强烈程度,储存弹性势能的弹簧触发夹触发床底部的锁紧机构解锁,依靠人体重力将床板下压使其降至床体底部,同时带动抗压圆弧保护罩并使其上升闭合,抵抗房屋坍塌给人体造成的巨大伤害,且为人体提供最大的存留空间,最大程度上挽救了人员的宝贵生命.实验结果表明:床体各功能模块能实现其功能,.触发并实现保护功能总耗时2.5s,模拟5级以上地震实验成功率100%.%The normal state of an automatic trigger type earthquake life-saving bed is the same as an ordinary household bed. When the earthquake happens, the induction pendulum of the bed can induce the intensity of rocking house, the spring stored elastic energy trigger-clip can trigger off the locking mechanism at the bottom of bed unlocked, press bedplate to bed bottom which relies on human body gravity, at the same time, the compressive arc protective covering will rise and shut up, resist the huge damage hurt our body from the houses collapsed. Moreover, this can provide the biggest remaining space for people, and save the precious life in the ultimate sense. The experimental results show that the function module of bed can basically realize its function. Trigger off and realize the protective function totally needs 2. 5 seconds. The successful rate of simulating earthquake experiment grade in 5 or above was 100%.
