在纤维梳理机中,辊筒是决定设备成败的关键零部件.分析了辊筒在机器中的支承形式、结构特征、运动规律,将正弦变化的轴压、扭转载荷简化为恒定轴压、扭转载荷,得到适合理论分析的辊筒受力模型.利用无矩理论导出了辊筒的挠度和内应力计算公式,分析了辊筒自重、壁厚、轴压、径压、针布层对挠度的影响作用,获得了挠度、强度、稳定性约束条件下的最小壁厚值,指出辊简加筋没有必要.生产实践结果证明了文中的简化、推演、分析过程及结果安全可靠,对类似辊筒类零部件设计具有参考意义.图3表1参10%In the new fiber carding machine, the roller is a key component which determines the success or failure of the equipment. By analyzing the roller's supporting form, structure characteristic, motion law, the sinusoidal in the axial stress and torsional loads are simplified to constant axial compression and torsional loads, and the mechanical model of the roller is obtained. The deflection and internal stress formulas are derived and studied using non-moment theory of cyhndrical shells, and the minimum thickness under constraint of deflection, stability and strength is obtained, and the conclusion of the reinforcement is not necessary is indicated The practices indicate that the analysis is correct and efficient, and it has reference significance for similar component design.
