基于CFD的搅拌反应罐内部流场的数值模拟

         

摘要

Using CFD computational fluid dynamics software to simulate the fluid field of stirring reaction tank , the paper realized the Visualization of calculation results of the velocity field , and obtained the Velocity filed distribution; Conducted a detailed analysis of stirring reaction tank internal flow field in different radius and different structure mixing frame and under different stirring speed to obtain the relationship between mixing effect and radius, or structure, or speed, and gave out a reasonable range of stirring speed by the results of the moment analysis. This research provides a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of the stirring reaction tank.%利用CFD计算流体力学软件对搅拌反应罐搅拌区流场进行模拟,实现了速度场、速度位置分布的可视化,获得了速度场的分布规律;分别对不同半径、不同结构的搅拌架和在不同搅拌转速下的浓缩罐内部流场进行详细分析,获得搅拌效果与搅拌架半径、结构以及搅拌转速之间的关系,并根据力矩分析结果给出了合理的搅拌转速区间.该研究可为冷冻浓缩罐的设计和生产提供理论依据.
