长穗颈双低温敏核不育水稻的选育

     

摘要

TGMS line with double low critical temperatur e were treated by 350 Gy 60 Co γ-ray.After when M1 gen eration ha d been subjected to the natural low temperature in the fertility sensitive stage of TGMS and self-propagated, 250 000 M2 plants were trans planted in individual or double plants. Seven mutants with eui-gene and double low critica l temperature were selected successfully from M2 population. Thus important p rogress in seed production of two-line hybrid rice was achieved by this study,n amely,the pr oblems related with the fluctuation of TGMS rice and overuse of gibberellic Acid (GA3).%双低温敏核不育水稻 (96-5-2S)干种子通过350 Gy 60 Co γ-射线直接辐射,处理后的M1 代在育性转换敏感期让其感受自然低温而自交繁殖.M2 代单本或双本密插(10 ×13.33 cm),从M2代25万株群体中,筛选出7株长穗颈双低温敏核不育株.它的成功选育,解决了我国两系杂交水稻的制种中不育系育性易出现反复和九二Ο施用量大的两大技术难题.
