国外数据馆员的能力需求与职业教育研究

摘要

With the development of data curation and service, the demand of academic libraries for data curation professionals is increasingly urgent. Academic libraries abroad have set the data librarian positions, to promote the work of data curation. The professional skills and training of librarians data becomes an issue of widespread concerned. Based on data librarian job functions and abroad recruitment conditions, the paper summarizes the professional skills of data librarians. Furthermore, combining with data curation education and training of foreign experience, some suggestions are presented about the data librarians education and training to promote the career development of data librarian in China.%随着数据管理与服务工作的开展，国外高校图书馆对数据监管人才的需求日益迫切，并纷纷设置数据馆员岗位，以推动数据监管工作的开展。数据馆员的专业能力需求以及教育培养成为图书馆学界广泛关注的问题。文章通过对国外数据馆员职位职能以及招聘条件进行调查分析，提出高校图书馆数据馆员的技能需求，结合国外数据监管教育培养经验，探索数据监管中数据馆员的能力需求以及职业教育，以期为我国培养数据馆员专业人才提供参考。
