图书馆与出版商、书商的合作有着悠久的历史，信息环境的变化推动着双方合作领域与合作关系的新发展。国外图书馆与出版商、书商在文献采访、编目业务外包、阅读推广、开放获取、知识援助等领域开展了多元化合作，形成了资源互补、互利共赢的合作伙伴关系，给双方带来了诸多好处。但合作过程仍存在一些障碍，如图书采购合作中的诚信问题、电子书的价格与获取问题、开放获取出版费用的支付问题等，双方正在通过改变合作方式、采取技术手段、加强沟通交流、深化合作关系等措施共同解决。%Libraries and publishers, booksellers have a long history of cooperation, the change of information environment to promote new development of collaboration domain and cooperative relationship. Foreign libraries and publishers, Booksellers have developed diversiifed cooperation in the ifelds of document acquisition, cataloging outsourcing, reading promotion, open access, knowledge assistance. They have formed a cooperative partnership, which complementary resources, mutual beneift and win-win result, has brought many beneifts to both sides. However, there are still some obstacles in cooperation, such as the credit problem in the book purchase, the price and obtain of e-book, the expenses pay of open access publishing. The two sides are working together to solve these problems by means of changing the way of cooperation, taking measures of technology, strengthening communication and deepen partnership.
