公共文化服务保障法与公共图书馆法比较研究

摘要

The Public Cultural Service Guarantee Law and the Public Library Law of the People's Republic of China was respectively issued in March 2017 and January 2018.The former,as a basic law in the field of public culture,has significant influence on the li-brary law.Between the two laws there are many similarities and differences in the structure and the content.The article attempts to compare the two laws by studying the legislative background,legislative process,basic structure,content composition and practical sig-nificance so as to thoroughly understand the similarities and differences between the two laws and contribute to the implementation.12 refs.%公共文化服务保障法和公共图书馆法已分别于2016年12月和2017年11月颁布,前者作为公共文化领域的基本法对公共图书馆法有着很大程度的影响和引领.两者在结构、内容上有诸多相似与不同.文章从两部法律的立法背景、立法过程、基础结构、内容构成、实践意义上对两部法律对比研究,深入理解两部法律的异同点,旨在促进两部文化法律的贯彻落实.参考文献12.
