图书馆参考咨询服务联盟用户义务性规范比较分析

摘要

文章以8个图书馆参考咨询服务联盟用户义务性规范政策为调查对象,对注册义务性规范、咨询方式义务性规范和咨询内容义务性规范进行比较分析,发现其各自优缺点,进而提出完善注册义务性规范、强化咨询方式义务性规范、充实咨询内容义务性规范等策略,规范用户利用图书馆参考咨询服务联盟的义务.%The article, taking 8 obligatory norms of library reference service alliance as investigation objects, makes a compara-tive analysis on the registration, the consultation mode and the consultation content. It points out the advantages and disadvan-tages of the obligatory norms, and puts forward some improvement strategies to standardize users’obligation while making use of library reference service alliance.
