中美公共图书馆残疾人服务对比分析

摘要

We investigated 51 State Libraries and DC State Library of America and 34 provincial public li-brary services to carry out the situation of persons with disabilities,we have a comparative analysis of their policy and environmental aspects of service,service mode and content,etc.We put forward several suggestions such as making a perfect correlation policies and institutions,enriching service facilities and content,providing convenient services, and other targeted services to enhance library services for the disabled to improve domestic proposals.%通过网络调查了美国51个州以及特区州立图书馆与我国34个省级公共图书馆开展残疾人服务的情况，对其服务政策与环境，服务方式与内容等方面进行对比分析，提出了完善相关政策和制度、丰富服务设施与内容、提供便利服务方式、增强针对性服务等系列完善国内图书馆残疾人服务的建议和思考。
