对天津市公共图书馆通借通还工作的思考

摘要

This paper has realized the city of Tianjin City, district two level public library interlibrary loan work the disadvantages of the summary and analysis of the results obtained, and then from the establishment of the library service system in five aspects,such as unified management, unified management system of computer technology platform, unified collection of resources, integrated service and the construction of urban and rural public in Tianjin city, proposed the concrete proposal to establish a public library service network more perfect.%本文通过对天津市已经实现的市、区两级公共图书馆图书通借通还工作在文化惠民、推进中心城区图书馆的变革和服务理念转变方面取得的成效进行总结,对其运作模式和未来两年将要建立的公共图书馆系统通借通还服务网络的基本设想所存在的弊端做了全面分析,进而从建立统一的管理机构、统一的计算机管理系统技术平台、统一的馆藏资源库、统一的服务和构建覆盖城乡延伸到乡村的天津市公共图书馆服务体系五个方面提出了具体建议.
