高校图书馆信息资源共建共享系统原则探析

摘要

信息资源共建共享是社会进步的标志，是图书馆事业发展的必然结果。本文就信息资源共建共享的原则做出了探讨，从成员馆关系、资源建设、发展过程、技术与服务四个角度对系统建设原则进行论述。%Information Resources Cooperative Development and Sharing is a sign of social progress,is the inevitable result of the development of libraries.
