“恒大现象”对中国排球职业化发展的警示作用

摘要

The disintegrate of Hengda volleyball club is the concentrating display of blames and flaws existed during our volleyball professionalization development, which completely proved that it was a “fake professionalization”that we have carried out the professionalization reform for 20 years;not only could it connect with the world volleyball development, but significantly decrease our overall level. So, this paper analyzes completely the“Hengda phenomenon”, probes into the substance of problems, and then finds out scientific and efficient developing route. All are very important practically significance.%恒大排球俱乐部的解体是我国排球运动职业化发展进程中所存诟病与弊端的集中体现，充分证明了我国排球运动经历了长达20余年的职业化改革，其结果仅仅是一种“伪职业化”的发展模式，不仅未能与世界排球运动的发展潮流形成有效的契合，还造成了我国排球运动整体水平的大幅度下降。因此，对“恒大现象”的成因进行全面的解析，探求问题的实质所在，进而寻求科学有效的发展路径，具有极其重要的现实意义。
