'Claus+SSR'技术在硫磺装置上的应用

         

摘要

The Third Sulfur Device of Jiujiang Branch of Sinopec has employed the "Claus+SSR" Sulfur Recycle Technology developed independently by Sinopec. In the beginning, the device load of the project was as low as 50% of the designed. So far, the device has been running normally for two and a half years. With sulfur smoke emission being more than 99.9%, the yield of SO2 concentration of energy being 95 mg/m3 and unit consumption being 2 819.39 MJ/t(1 kg EO=41.868 MJ), it has not only reached device design level, but also completely satisfied the Comprehensive Discharge Standard of Atmospheric Pollutants GB16297-1996 with fume SO2 concentration ≯960 mg/m3. With the advantages of simple operation, low energy consumption as well as low material consumption, this technology has proved to be a mature and reliable sulfur recovery technology.%九江分公司Ⅲ套硫磺装置采用中石化自主开发的"Claus+SSR"硫磺回收技术,装置开工初期负荷只有设计的50%,目前装置已连续正常运行两年半,硫磺收率99.95%以上、排放烟气SO2浓度95 mg/m3、装置能耗2 819.39 MJ/t(1 kg EO=41.868 MJ),达到了装置设计水平,完全满足GB16297-1996烟气SO2浓度≯960 mg/m3的要求.该技术具有操作简单、能耗物耗较低的特点,是一种成熟可靠的硫回收工艺技术.
