污水处理厂剩余污泥深度脱水技术的比较分析

         

摘要

随着我国要求进一步降低污水处理厂剩余污泥含水率的法规相继出台,单纯依靠现有污水处理厂的常规机械脱水工艺显然不能满足要求.因此,一系列污泥深度脱水的技术涌现出来.本文对高压隔膜板框脱水工艺、加钙稳定干化工艺、电脱水工艺和焚烧干化工艺等四种污泥深度脱水技术进行技术经济方面的比较和分析,以期为污水处理厂的剩余污泥脱水工艺设计提供技术参考.%As China's laws requiring the further reduction of water content in the excess sludge from sewage treatment plants have been introduced, the conventional mechanical dewatering process used in the existing sewage treatment plants cannot meet the requirements. Therefore, a series of technologies for deep dewatering of sludge have emerged. In this paper, four deep sludge dewatering technologies were compared and analyzed from technical and economic aspects, including the dehydration process of high-pressure diaphragm frames, the calcium addition and drying process, the electro-dewatering process, and the incineration and drying process.
