水源保护区生态补偿机制的探讨--以上海市淀山湖地区为例

摘要

生态补偿作为一种水源地保护的激励机制，是对当前限制型政策的有益补充。以上海市淀山湖地区为研究对象，分析了构建水源保护区生态补偿机制的必要性，确定了淀山湖地区生态补偿的主体与对象，建立了生态补偿利益关系分析框架，估算出了淀山湖地区年生态补偿量，最后提出了淀山湖地区生态补偿的途径，对水源保护区生态补偿机制的构建进行了探讨。%As an incentive method to protect water source area,eco-compensation is a useful supplement for the restrictive policies.The study takes Dianshan lake area for example,analyzes the necessity of establishing eco -compensation mechanism,then recognizes the benefit bodies,establishes the analytical framework for the stakeholders in eco-compensation,calculates the amount of eco-compensation in Dianshan lake area every year.Finally,it puts forward some methods of compensation.
