摘要

Objective: To investigate the changes in sex hormones of female members of marines amphibious bri-gade reconnaissance team after maritime training, and observe the effects of the training on physiological functions of women. Methods: According to the standard scout training syllabus, a marine amphibious brigade reconnais-sance team of 30 female players underwent training from June to July for a total of 60 days, with 7 hours per day. Blood were collected one day before the training, at the moment that the training was just finished and 90 days later. Microparticle enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to assess the levels of follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, estradiol, progesterone, prolactin and testosterone in serum. Questionnaire survey was done to assess the change in height, weight, menstrual and nutrition status of female members before and after the training. Health education and psychological intervention were applied to the members after the training to help the members to recover. Results: The levels of these endocrine hormones were markedly decreased compared to those in the day before the training, and athletic menstrual cycle irregularities appeared more frequently in fe-male members one day after the training. However, the levels of these endocrine hormones in female members at 90 days after the training were significantly higher than those when the training was just finished(P<0.05). In ad-dition, the menstrual disorders were obviously recovered 90 days after the training. Conclusion: The female hor-mone disorders caused by high-intensity training program under high temperature and high humidity environmental conditions can be restored through enough rest and a balanced diet, which provide a basis for scientific maritime training to reduce the occurrence of training-related menstrual disorders in female members.%目的:通过监测海军陆战旅两栖侦察队女队员海练前后内分泌性激素的变化,观察海练对女性生理功能的影响。
