Uncertainty is a parameter to evaluate measurement result for good or bad. On the basis of QB/T1813-2000 Footwear longitudinal Stiffness of Steel Shanks methode, this paper analyzed the sources of uncertainty in the test method, and integrated the standard uncertainties which were caused by measurement repeatability, dial indicator measuring error, weight mass deviation and vernier caliper error, calculated synthetic uncertainty and expanding uncertainty. As the experiment and calculation results show, measurement uncertainty of the longitudinal stiffness of steel shanks mainly came from the uncertainty of statistical deflection relative standard, followed by weight mass deviation and error of vernier caliper.%不确定度是评定一个测量结果好坏的参数,本文依据QB/T1813-2000《皮鞋勾心纵向刚度试验方法》,分析了该测试方法中不确定度的来源.并对测量重复性、百分表测量误差、砝码质量偏差和游标卡尺误差引起的标准不确定度进行合成,计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度.结果表明:勾心抗弯刚度的测量不确定度主要来源于统计挠度的相对标准不确定度,其次是砝码质量偏差和游标卡尺误差的相对不确定度.
