The reagent make-up, selection of wave length and amount of color reagent used in the measurement of constant urea with dimethylamino-benzaldehyde are determined through the lab-analysis and with the elimination of sample disruptors a new method is established.This new method is simple in operation, analysis is fast and accurate suitable for a control analysis.%通过实验分析对对二甲氨基苯甲醛法测定常量尿素方法的试剂配制、波长的选择、显色剂用量进行确定，对样品干扰物进行消除，建立了对二甲氨基苯甲醛法测定常量尿素的新方法。该分析方法操作简便，分析快速准确，适用于控制分析。
