NHD脱碳溶液发黑原因及解决方案的探讨

Aiming at the phenomenon of NHD decarbonization solution darkening in coal-slurry purification unit,the analysis indicates the causes for this darkening is that H2S content in de-S gas is the on the high side and the C.S-made equipment and packing in deca%针对水煤浆净化装置NHD脱碳溶液发黑的现象，分析NHD脱碳溶液发黑的原凶是脱硫气中H2S含量偏高及NHD溶液吸收大量酸性气体（主要是CO2）后对脱碳单元的碳钢设备和填料造成腐蚀。提出脱碳塔装填不锈钢填料，同时利用原有脱硫活性炭过滤器作为旁滤器。
