本文简要介绍了BWST-10O-STARS步进式可编程微机调速器结构及特点，并详细说明了该型调速器在灯泡贯流式机组上的应用情况。%In this paper, the structure and the features of theBWST-100-STARS progressional programmable governor were introduced simply. The application of the governor in the tubular turbine were introduced in detail.
