基于有限元法的多相异步电机电磁场分析

         

摘要

采用有限元法针对一个六相异步电机建立了二维及三维电磁场分析模型.经后处理得到电流密度,气隙磁密的分布情况,以及功率损耗等结果,并分析比较了二维与三维的计算结果.分析结果表明二维计算结果与三维计算结果存在一定差别,二维模型结果并不能反应实际电机参数分布.采用三维电磁场,计算可得到更精确的电机性能参数,与实际电机更为接近,对电机的设计提供相应参考,在电机优化设计方面有一定的借鉴作用.%Used the finite element method to establish two-dimensional and the three-dimensional electromagnetism analysis computation model on a six asynchronous motor. Through solution and post-processing obtain the distribution of current density, air gap flux density, the magnetic line distribution situation, power loss results and so on, and analysis and comparison of two-dimensional and three-dimensional computed results. The comparative analysis result indicated that the results of two-dimensional and three-dimensional model have the difference. The results of two-dimensional model cannot reflect the actual parameter distribution of the motor. The three-dimensional electromagnetism analysis computation model may obtain the more precise parameter characteristic data of the motor, closer to the actual motor model. The results can provide theoretical basis for the design of motors and have some reference effects on the optimization design aspect of motors.
