一种考虑铁耗的感应电机最大效率控制系统

     

摘要

在研究感应电机损耗模型的基础上,综合矢量控制与最大效率控制的特点,提出了一种新的基于损耗模型的感应电机效率优化控制系统.该系统通过电机损耗模型选取最优励磁电流搜索初值,采用自寻优方法在已经缩小的范围内搜索系统的最大效率运行点.系统进人稳态时,采用效率优化控制策略,通过搜索模型获得最佳的系统效率,而在负载或速度指令突然变化的动态过程中,励磁电流恢复到额定值,以获得良好的动态性能.仿真和实验结果表明:该系统提高了最大效率运行点的搜索速度,能够使矢量控制变频驱动感应电机运行稳定,并具有良好的动态响应性能.%On the basis of study on induction motor loss model, combines vector control with efficiency optimization control (EOC), the thesis puts forward the vector control speed regulator system EOC tactic based on series iron loss model. The tactic uses a hybrid search method to acquire the system's max efficiency running point. The initial value of flux current is choosen by the induction motor loss model, then self-optimizing technique used in limited scope. The system use EOC tactic to acquire the best system efficiency when the system running steadily; conventional vector control is restored to acquire favorable dynamic performance for load or speed instruction changing suddenly. Simulation and experimental results indicate that this control tactic can greatly improve the searching speed and has favorable dynamic performance.
