多相异步电机端部绕组电磁与结构耦合场分析

     

摘要

为了研究电磁力对定子端部绕组的影响,需要将电机运行环境中的电磁场和应力场进行耦合分析.本文通过Pro/E建立异步电机的三维模型,以异步电机定子端部绕组作为研究对象,通过有限元法对模型进行修改及电磁与结构顺序耦合的仿真计算,得到运行时电机端部绕组的应力和应变分布.仿真结果表明,此方法适用于电机的耦合场计算,对研究电机的三维多场耦合问题具有一定的指导意义.%To study the electromagnetic force on the stator coil end effects, we need to analyse it by coupling electromagnetic field and stress field in the running environment. This paper presents three-dimensional modeling of the asynchronous motor by Pro/E. Meanwhile, based on the research subject of the Stator End Winding of Multi-phase asynchronous motor, it illustrates the model modification and magneto-structural coupling field simulation by means of the finite element, then, it got the stress and strain distribution of the End Winding on running conditions. The simulation analysis shows that it can be applied to the coupled field calculation of the motor. The study offers a guidance to the study of the motor three-dimensional multi-field coupling problem.
